About Us

Sadler Electric, Inc. is a privately owned corporation located at 5855 South 77th Street in Omaha, Nebraska. Sadler Electric was formed in 1981 to perform electrical installations in commercial and industrial applications. Over the past thirty-five years, Sadler Electric has competitively bid and was awarded some of the largest and most challenging projects in the Omaha Metropolitan Area.

Through the years in addition to commercial and industrial projects, Sadler Electric has also became the premier contractor for the installation of traffic signals, highway/street lighting, ITS infrastructure, highway guide signs in the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro area for various heavy highway general contractors such as Hawkins Construction Co., Peterson Contractors (PCI), Cramer and Associates, Jensen Construction, Ames Construction, United Contractors, and Vrana Construction Co.

Our Story

Average employment is approximately 20 to 40 employees per year. The office staff consists of one senior Electrical Project Engineer/Estimators, two Project Managers, one Accounting Clerk, one Office Manager, a full time mechanic, and a materials/parts truck driver. The service and construction department consists of a fully equipped service van, four digger derrick utility line trucks, four bucket trucks with 60’ reach capacities, two aerial telescoping boom lifts, a 40 Ton Terex hydraulic crane, excavators, trenchers, skid steers, equipment trucks and trailers, semi-truck with low-boy trailers, and our two LoDril Foundation drills. All of the electricians are skilled licensed journeymen or apprentices in the State of Nebraska and/or Iowa

Sadler Electric believes strongly in training and development of our employees. Whether it may be continuing education for journeyman licensees to crane certifications to rigging and signalmen training; Sadler Electric insures our employees never stop learning. Furthermore, Sadler Electric has partnered with USDOL Employment and Training Administration (ETA) to offer a four-year electrical apprenticeship program. Apprentices attend a four-year program at Associated Builders and Contractors or Metro Community College while working in the field to gain the necessary on-the-job training.
