Construction started in April 2016 with Swain Construction as the Prime Contractor for the City of Omaha.
Major work included the installation modification of the existing traffic signal intersection by installing a new 70’ mast arm with signals and signage, a new 42” diameter x 17’ deep foundation, new IMSA signal wiring, radar detection, and temporary signals during construction phasing. All work was completed under an active roadway with vehicular and pedestrian traffic
