Construction started in March of 2014 with Catamount Constructors as the Prime Contractor

This Project consisted of the construction of a new 230,000+ SF office/distribution facility, including 28,000 SF of office space including a 250 seat auditorium, hospitality room, conditioned wine cool room and freezer in the warehouse along with warehouse offices. The Project also included a two level parking structure adjacent to the office/ distribution facility for approximately 160 cars.

The new facility was fed from a 2000 amp, 480 volt, 3-phase 4-wire service with numerous step-down transformers and lighting/power panels throughout the facility. The facility utilized the latest in LED lighting and controls to make the building as energy efficient as possible as well as the parking structure and the site lighting. One of the difficulties was the 40’ high ceilings and access to the electrical installations on the ceilings. The total Project was completed in less than a year from start to finish.
