Robert Sadler

President
Robert (Bob) Sadler is President of Sadler Electric, Inc. and has a Class A Electrical Contractor’s license for the State of Nebraska. Mr. Sadler has served six years as Governor of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and also is the past President of the Nebraska-Iowa Electrical Council (NEIA). He is past Chairman of the Omaha Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (OJATC) and served on the Labor Management Committee. He is the past President of Business Breakfast Club. On the national level, he has served as the District VII Representative to the Management Development Committee. He is a past member of the Downtown Omaha, Inc. as well as he is a past director on the Board of Directors for the Safety and Health Council of Greater Omaha and served as Chairman of the OSHA Committee.

Received Master Electrician/Contractors license in the State of Nebraska in 1981 (License #: 3360).

Brian Sadler

Attended Texas Christian University and studied Electrical Engineering from 1997-2001
Attended IBEW #22 Apprenticeship program from 2001-2004
Received journeyman’s license from the State of Nebraska in 2002, and subsequently received Contractor’s license from the State of Nebraska in 2009
Worked as a Project Manager and Estimator with Sadler Electric since 2004.

Frank Franco

Vice President
Attended IBEW #22 Apprenticeship program from 1972-1976
Received Master Electrician/Contractors license in the State of Nebraska in 1981.
Work throughout the country on various sized nuclear/fossil fuel power plants, industrial facilities and commercial projects.
Worked for Peter Kiewit’s Electrical Division from 1982 to 1987 as an Estimator, Electrical Engineer, and Project Superintendent on their Alaskan Oil Processing Module projects in the Northern CA and installations in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska.
Worked as a Project Manager and Estimator with Sadler Electric since 1987.
